Sales & Acquisition Officer – StarPOINTS

Bali / Freelance/Hybrid (Onsite and Field Area)

The Sales and Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive StarPOINTS adoption in Bali’s Hospitality and Entertainment business field. Work closely with StarPOINTS Product’s Director, this role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The officer plays a critical role in acquiring new customers and expanding the company’s market presence.


Requirements

Your Toolkit

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. 2 years minimum of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in Technology (POS), F&B or Direct-Sales
  3. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Results-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Mandarin Fluent-Speakers is plus
  8. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency knowledge is plus

Preferred Skills

  1. Familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS products (if applicable).
  2. Experience in client relationship management and strategic planning.
  3. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, canvassing and attending events in relation with implementation loyalty and reward programs. (e.g. Restaurant, Event Organiser, Beach Club, Co-Working Space, Etc.)
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  3. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals; negotiate pricing and contracts in line with StarPOINTS policies.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client communications.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
  7. Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Software Development, and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
