UI/UX Designer

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Able to create original illustrations through hand/manual drawing is a plus.
• Good aesthetic sense in typography, colors, and layout composition.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past UI/UX design work.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual elements across all platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
